Established on 1 January 1988, Tote Board (Singapore Totalisator Board) holds the legal right to operate
- Horse racing and totalisator operations through its agent and proprietary club, the Singapore Turf Club; and
- 4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep and sports betting through its agent and wholly-owned subsidiary, Singapore Pools (Private) Limited.
Tote Board also manages its funding activities from the gaming surpluses generated from the operations of Singapore Turf Club and Singapore Pools, and from the casino entry levies.
